I have 20 years of experience in the Parisian luxury hotel industry, in such hotels as the Plaza Athénée, The Bristol, The Ritz and The Hotel de Crillon, and I have acquired strong skills in providing excellent service, client satisfaction and have mastered the art of the French “savoir vivre”.
At the heart of my job is the art of hospitality, allowing people to experience a unique moment, whether it is for a wedding, a private dinner or any other event.
During these years and the unforgettable moments organized and spent in these prestigious establishments, as well as other 5-star hotels all around the world and also for private functions, I have fine-tuned my expertise in exceeding client’s requirements and expectations.
I have been very privileged to be able to work with prestigious chefs – Jean-François Piège, Sylvestre Wahid, Christopher Hache, whilst organizing certain events for them, and they have taught me the art of detail and rigour.
I also had the opportunity to work on the re-opening of the Hotel de Crillon, as head of the restaurant , working with chefs to ensure that all the finest tableware supplies were created by the most prestigious French artisans, and I was able to propose to all the different departments the most unique fine items. The re-opening of this legendary Parisian Palace, steeped in history, allowed me as head of the the restaurant to work on all of the operational procedures, work tandards and training of all of the restaurant staff.
After all these years of experience of listening, learning, fine-tuning the savoir-faire in this luxury sector, and mastering the ability to be flexible and adapt to all different kinds of demands from different hosts, in order to ensure that each event was memorable and unique, as well as all of the relationships that I have nurtured during this time, I am able to propose to you many services in these different domains.
